“I came into the course with no previous experience in a Bookkeeping or office related role, my knowledge on Bookkeeping/Accounting was minimal and mainly came from my previous Cert III in business administration.
I was working part-time in a pharmacy before completing the course and now have gained employment initially as a part-time Accounts and Office Administrator, and then leading to Full-time employment in the future. The course greatly prepared me for the role and provided me with the confidence and ability to carry-out the duties that are required of me in my job role.
One of the main things I have taken away from the study with Gramac Training Solutions is to check and re-check your work before recording as it’s easy to miss the little things and that the course isn't as daunting as it seems. There was always plenty of help no matter what level you were at. I definitely enjoyed completing the course in a classroom, it provided more clarification, examples and explanations to help me understand the different concepts.
The trainer was quite happy to help after class for follow up questions and assistance with assignments, she also made the course interesting and relatable by giving examples that would relate to us personally which was great.
