Gramac Solutions & Gramac Training Solutions has been a locally owned and operated regional business providing recruitment, labour hire, training, consultancy services and room and office hire within the Limestone Coast region for the past 15 years.

Grace and Wayne have built the business from the ground up and have continually reinvested into new infrastructure to ensure the region’s employers and business have access to quality recruitment, labour hire and training services right on its doorstep.

Gramac Solutions is still very focussed on recruitment and labour hire – the pillars on which the business was built on 15 years ago, and the expansion of all its services has seen the staff grow from two to twelve in that time. “My staff both past and present have worked so hard to help make the business what it is today and are a pivotal in delivering on our mission statement and goals of our company in both their Professionalism and customer service to all our clientele." These were and still are the foundation principles on which Grace started the business in 2003 and they remain the cornerstones of every aspect of the ever-evolving business. “I still get a buzz out of coming here every day,”

The training element of the business has been operational since 2012, As a Project Manager with decades of experience, Wayne started to become aware that people in this region looking to gain employment on project work in the Limestone Coast and Interstate, might have had the skills and qualifications, but not necessarily the additional skill sets, or competencies required to gain employment within these work environment.

Grace’s experience in the recruitment and labour hire field, combined with Wayne’s extensive knowledge of the construction and engineering industry, has proved a winning formula, allowing them to expand their delivery of services in to accredited and non-accredited training as a Registered Training Organisation (#70249) offering specialised training in Work Health and Safety, High Risk Work activities, High Risk Work Licences and Bookkeeping/ Finance and short courses.

Having the opportunity to acquire a property opposite our existing offices at 1a Hedley Street premises, allowed us to construct a purpose-built training facilitates where the access to working heights equipment and scenarios, confined spaces, climbing towers, roof access equipment, scaffolding and mobile access equipment, workplace scenarios are all easily simulated which has taken the training to a whole new level.
