If you are unable to attend a training course our Consultant will liaise with you to decide on the appropriate path, whether it be transferring you to the next available course, or offering a refund if applicable. Refunds for enrolments in individual classroom based courses will be calculated in accordance with a sliding scale, depending on the amount of notice given.

Both of our Certificate IV level qualifications can be undertaken externally, allowing participants to complete their training under a self-paced approach. Even though they may not attend classroom session they still have the ongoing support of our trainers.
We also deliver some of our short courses via Virtual Learning to accommodate for participants unable to attend in person, or those living outside of the area, in particular during the pandemic. These courses are run using Zoom video communications platform.

The freedom of external study is one of its key benefits, but working to your own schedule means it can also be easy to lose momentum and motivation. At Gramac Training Solutions we offer online group forums as well as grant access to online tutorials. Our trainers are also always on hand for support and encouragement as needed.
